- Return and exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt.
- The customer has the right to return the product in the event of a manufacturing defect, if it is damaged, or if it is a different product than what was ordered.
- The customer has the right to return the product provided that it is in its original condition and has not been used or its original packaging removed.
- The customer is not entitled to return or exchange the product if it is not in its original condition as received, or has been altered or washed. Or without the original box or packaging.
- Returns and exchanges do not include some products for hygienic reasons, including robes and towels, sleeping pillows, sleeping pillow covers, mattress protectors, perfumes and cosmetics.
- Returns and exchanges do not include bamboo curtains because they are made to order.
- The product will be inspected after it arrives at our warehouses to ensure its safety and the amount will be refunded to the customer's account within 6 days of its arrival to us.
- The shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount for replacement and return (for reasons not mentioned above).
